From Southwest Suburbs

Follow I-494 East across Minnesota River bridge to Pilot Knob Road Exit. Turn Right (North) at stoplight onto Pilot Knob Road. Follow Pilot Knob Road to Mendota Heights Road. Turn Right (East) at stop sign onto Mendota Heights Road. Follow Mendota Heights Road to Highway 55.  Turn Left (North) at stoplight onto Highway 55. Follow Highway 55 to first Left (Frontage Road) onto Waters Drive. Follow Waters Drive to Klemp & Stanton office building at 2295 Waters Drive.   

From South Suburbs

Follow I-35W North to I-494 East, and proceed as directed above for Southwest Suburbs; or Follow I-35E North to Lone Oak Road Exit. Turn Right (East) at stoplight onto Lone Oak Road.  Follow Lone Oak Road to Lexington Avenue. Turn Left (North) at stoplight onto Lexington Avenue. Follow Lexington Avenue to Highway 55. Turn Left onto Highway 55, through the Mendota Heights Road intersection and turn Left (Frontage Road) onto Waters Drive. Follow Waters Drive to Klemp & Stanton office building at 2295 Waters Drive.   

From Western Suburbs

Follow Highway 62 (Crosstown) East across Mississippi River – Mendota Bridge.  Follow Highway 55 East, which will curve in a southward direction, and proceed on Highway 55 East through stoplight at Highway 13.  Turn at first Right (Frontage Road) after stoplight onto Waters Drive.  Follow Waters Drive to Klemp & Stanton office building at 2295 Waters Drive. 

From Minneapolis

Follow I-35W South to Highway 62 (Crosstown) East and proceed as directed above for Western Suburbs.

From St. Paul

Follow I-35E South to Highway 110.  Follow Highway 110 West to Highway 55 East/Highway 13 South marked by a stoplight.  Turn Left at stoplight and follow Highway 55 East/Highway 13 South to next stoplight and turn Left to stay on Highway 55 East.  Turn at first Right (Frontage Road) after stoplight onto Waters Drive.  Follow Waters Drive to Klemp & Stanton office building at 2295 Waters Drive.      

From Eastern Suburbs

Follow I-494 West to Highway 110 West and proceed to Highway 55 East/Highway 13 South marked by a stoplight.  Turn Left at stoplight and follow Highway 55 East/Highway 13 South to next stoplight and turn Left to stay on Highway 55 East.  Turn at first Right (Frontage Road) after stoplight onto Waters Drive.  Follow Waters Drive to Klemp & Stanton office building at 2295 Waters Drive.
