Nearly everyone needs to do estate planning at some point during
their lifetime. We will make sure you arrange your affairs so
you can meet all of your planning needs. We listen carefully to
your goals and questions then we clearly explain your options.
Your estate plan will include all the documents you need in a
complete package. Your plan will make things easier, faster and
less expensive for your heirs. We do not charge for
consultations. If you can't make it to Mendota Heights we can meet you
at the office of a strategic partner or at your home. We stay
available to you after the work is done to answer your
questions. We do not charge for phone calls or meetings. We do
free examinations of current documents and wills to see if they
meet your needs.
A Power of Attorney ensures you have someone to help you with
your financial affairs.
A Power of Attorney for Health Care and a Health Care
Declaration ensure you have someone to help carry out your
health care desires.
A Will ensures you can select the administrator of your estate,
who gets your belongings, who takes care of minor children, and
allows you to set up a trust for children or grandchildren so
they do not have full control of an inheritance until they are
mature enough to do so.
A Revocable Living Trust leaves you in complete control of your
assets but it allows you to pass property without going through
probate, which can cost up to five percent of the estate.
A Credit Shelter Trust allows a husband and wife double the
amount they can leave to heirs without estate taxes. |
